| 摘 要： | 本文用0.5mm薄层等电聚焦电泳技术对三种马鸡的卵清蛋白进行了比较分析。电泳谱和扫描结果表明,藏马鸡和蓝马鸡的亲缘关系比褐马鸡更近些。而且地理分布、骨骼和化石材料方面的分析结果和等电聚焦的结果是一致的。

| Abstract: | In the present study a comparative analysis of the egg white proteins among three species of the genus Crossoptilon was conducted by using 0.5 mm thin layer gel electro-focusing and gel scanning. The results indicate that the Blue Eared Pheasant (C. auritum) is more closely related to the Tibetan Eared Pheasant (C. crossoptilon) than the Brown Eared Pheasant (C. mantchuricum). Moreover a preliminary investigation into the geographical distribution, skeletal and fossil material of Crossoptilon was made and the evidences correspond to the electrofocusing results. |
