文昌鱼Sertoli细胞超微结构的进一步研究

摘    要:用光镜和电镜技术观察厦门文昌鱼(Branchiostoma belcheri Gray)精巢中Sertoli细胞在不同发育时期的细微结构后发现:精巢发育Ⅰ—Ⅱ期,Sertoli细胞贴近基底膜,与生殖细胞相间排列;Ⅲ—Ⅳ期时,逐渐向管腔方向移动;这种细胞在核的顶部及其周围胞质中,有丰富的粗面内质网、发育良好的高尔基复合体、大量溶酶体及糖元颗粒,并可见精细胞附着在Sertoli细胞的胞质中。据此,我们认为Sertoli细胞具有营养、吞噬和释放精子的功能。本文旨在为研究这种细胞的内分泌功能提供有价值的依据。

Abstract:Using light and electron microscopy tecnniques we observed the(?)Sertoli cell at different stages of testis development of Xiamen amphioxus(Branchiostoma belcheri Gray). At the early stage of testicular development, Sertoli cell adhered to the basement membrane and located between spermatogonia. This cell from the basement membrane gradually migrated up to the tubular lumen with gonadal development and maturation. The results indicated that abundant rough and smooth endoplasmic reticulum, very developed Golgi complex, mitochondria and many lysosome and glycogen granules were present in the cytoplasm of supra- and infranuclear portions of the Sertoli cell. At the same time, it could be seen spematids adhered to its cytoplasm. According to the fine structure of Sertoli cell, we considered that this cell had capacities for the function, of nutrition, phagocytosis and releasing sperm, and provided scientific basis for studying the endocrine function of Sertoli cell in amphioxus.
