我国松阳和宽甸地区卫氏并殖吸虫的同工酶分析

摘    要:作者采用Disc-PAGE电泳对我国浙江松阳和辽宁宽甸夹皮沟二倍体型和三倍体型卫氏并殖吸虫的乳酸脱氨酶(LDH)、苹果酸脱氢酶(MDH)、酯酶(EST)同工酶进行了比较。结果显示两型卫氏并殖吸虫的LDH、MDH和EST同工酶酶带的数目、Rf值、优势同工酶带的位置存在明显的差异。这些差异是否属种的特征尚待进一步研究。

Abstract:The diploid Paragonimus westermani sampled from Songyang District of Zhejiang Province and the triploid type sampled from Kuadian District of Liaoning Province were used for the present study. The isozymes of Lactic dehydrogenase (LDH), Malate dehydrogenase (MDH) and Esterase (EST) extracted from each type were compared by Disc-PAGE.The results showed that there were obvious differences between the diploid and the triploid Paragonimus westermani in the band number of LDH isozyme and in the pattern of MDH and EST isozymes, including the band numbers, Rf values and mobility positions of the predo-minent isozymes. Whether these differences represent the species characters of the two types of Paragonimus or not remains to be confirmed further.
