| Abstract: | Genetic relationship of Crithidia bombi and their host bumble bees, Bombus terrestris, were studied by the survival of bees from different colonies infected with different strains of C. bombi. The results will add to our limited knowledge of natural animal-parasite systems and provide comparative data for the exploration of the genetic relationships between parasites and their hosts. |
