摘    要:本文报道了产于我国华北地区的艾鼬、貉和果子狸的核型。其中艾鼬2n=36。组型由20条双臂染色体、14条单臂染色体和一对性染色体组成。貉2n=65,它与wuster等报道过的貉的2n=42的核型表现出同种动物核型间的多态现象。果子狸2n=44,其c带带型中具有一对带有较大异染色质的中部着丝点染色体。

Abstract:Raccoon dog (Nyctereutes procyoncides), gem-faced civet (Pagutna larvata) and masked polecat (Mustek everamanni) are three species belonging to the order of Carnivora, but each species represents its own family. The karyotypes were investigated by using the method of lymphaghe culture or short-time culture of marrow cell.It was found that the chromosome number of raccoon dog is 2n=56, among autosomes there are 44 acrocentrics (A), and 10 metacentrics (M) or submetacentrks (SM). The sex chromosomes are X A and Y A. The diploid of raccoon dog as reported by Wuster et al, (1969) and Todd et al. (1969) is 2n=42 with 26 M or SM and 14 A, the sex chromosomes they observed having the same as these of our observation. The difference between 2n= 56 individuals and 2n=42 individuals reported by Wuster et al. is due to the substitution of some M by some A in 2n=56 individuals. Thus raccoon dog has a polymorphism of chromosome number of 2n=42, 56.The karyotype of gem-faced civet investigated recently by us has a chromosome number of 2n=44. With respect to autosomes, there are 12 M, 12 SM and 18A, and there is a smaller M with statdlites. The X chromosome of gem-faced civet is SM, and the Y chromosome is A. There are a pair of M with more heterochromatin in their C-banding pattern.The karyotype of the masked polecat appears to be quite different from that of the above animals, 2n=36. Of autosomes, there are 20 M or SM, 6 ST and 8 A. The X chromosome of the masked polecat is ST (or SM), while Y chromosome can not be easily identified due to its similarity with the smallest chromosome.
