脉红螺消化系统的形态学研究

脉红螺消化系统由十二个器官组成。其消化管壁都由粘膜层、粘膜下层、肌层和外膜四层结构构成。作者对消化腺的细胞进行了较详细的描述,并利用组化方法测定消化腺细胞中含有的酶类。作者还对部分器官的超微结构进行了观察。

MORPHOLOGY OF THE DIGESTIVE SYSTEM OF RAPANA VENOSA (VALENCIENNES) GASTROPODA

The histology and the anatomy of digestive system of Rapana venosa are described in detail in this paper, the fine structure of salivary gland and histochemistry of digestive gland arc studied as well.The digestive system of the snail consists of twelve organs. They are proboscis, pharynx, esophagus, stomach, intestine, ractum, anus, salivary gland, accessory salivary gland, Leib-lein's gland, liver and anul gland.The digestive tract, in general, presents certain common structural characteristics. The digestive tract is a hollow tube composed of lumen of variable diameter surrouded by a wall consisting 4 principal layers: mucous membrane, submucosa, lamina muscularis and adventi-tia. The mucous mebrane is composed of epiphelium only, epithelium is composed of, (1) columnar cilliated cells, (2) mucus cells of goblet or club-shape scattered among the ciliated columnar cell. The lamina muscularis contains circular muscle fibres and longitudinal muscle fibres. The adventitia is composed of (1) fibrosa (2) serosa covering a part of stomach, Leiblein's gland and liver.Two celltypes in epithelium of salivary gland are distinguished: (1) secretory cell, (2) mucoid cell.The epithelium of liver with two lobes consists of (1) glandular cell, (2) secretory cell, (3) columner cell.The epithelium of Leiblein's gland consists of (1) granular cell (2) mucoid cell, (3) columner cell.In addition, there is an accessory salivary gland in the digestive system of Rapana venosa. The tubewall of the gland tubule constitutes 3 layers: inner epithelium, middle muscular layer and out glandular cell layer.
