中国沿海日本鳗鲡幼苗群体鉴别研究

本文研究了中国沿海日本鳗鲡Anguilla japanica Temminck et Schlegel幼苗的群体问题。通过各项形态性状的观察、计量和差异统计比较,结合有关资料进行了综合分析。所得结果表明:我国沿海主要鳗苗产区的群体,相互间存在着一定的关系,均属同一个种、同一个种群,惟作为今后渔业资源管理的基本单元,其间尚可区分出江苏、长江口、浙江、福建、广东等若干不同的群体。

STOCKS IDENTIFICATION OF THE ANGUILLID ELVERS FROM THE COASTAL REGIONS IN CHINA

This paper deals with the population and stock identification of the anguillid elvers. Samples were collected from 15 areas of the coastal region of China mainland during the period from Jan. to Mar., 1988. The results are as follows:1. According to the 75% rule of subspecies identifications, no subspecies could be divided from the stocks mentioned above by means of coefficient of difference.2. Based upon he comparative analysis of Mdiff, eight meristical and morphometrical characters of the anguillid elvers, it showed that there were significant differences between the stocks from Jieshi (Guangdong); Shima, Minjiang estuary (Fujian); Haiyan (Zhejiang); Chang-Jiang estuary, Daifeng (Jiangsu) and the stocks of other areas.3. The result of discriminate function analysis also showed that there were distinctive differences (F>F 0.01), not counting between the stocks from Jieshi and Changjiang estuary.To sum up, the authors consider that there is some relation between the anguillid elvers of the coastal areas in China mainland, all of them belong to the same species, same popuktion; but as a fundamental unit of resource management, five local stocks (Jiangsu, Changjiang estuary, Zhejiang, Fujian, Guangdong) could be distinguished among them.
