摘    要:本文以染色体分带技术,发现鼷鹿云南亚种的染色体数目为2n=32。全部为双胃染色体,NF=64。所有染色体着丝点区分布有C带,多数染色体的端部或两端也有C带。某些染色体还有插入C带。Y染色体C带阳性,有一Ag-NORs。文章对鼷鹿云南亚种染色体独特的C带分布以及和核型进化的关系进行了讨论。

Abstract:The karyotype of Yunnan mouse deer (Tragulus javanicus wllliamsoni) were studied by band-ing techniques (G-, C-banding) and silver staining. The diploid chromosome number is 2n= 32. N.F.=64. The chromosome complement comprises metacentric and submetacentric chromosomes. X-chromosome is a larger metacentric and Y is a small submetacentric, the size of which is larger than that in Malaysian mouse deer (T. j. angustiae). The terminal or double terminal C-bands are found at all Harm autosomes. Moreover, the interstitial distribution of C-bands has also been demonstrated on the arm of Nos. 1.3.9 chromosomes. Y chromosome is completely C-band positive. The sequential studies of G- or C-band and Ag staining show Ag-NOR at the short arm of No. 4 chromosome and long arm of Y chromosome respectively. The polymorphism of Ag-NORs of No. 4 chromosome is found. The unique distribution of C-bands and relative to karyotype evolution of lesser mouse deer have been discussed.
