大鼠大脑中动脉可逆性阻塞的实验研究

摘    要:用直径0.2mm的尼龙线经颈内动脉可逆性插入到大脑前动脉,建立了大鼠局部脑缺血再灌注模型。经TTC染色、印度墨水灌流、血脑屏障损伤及神经症状的观察证实该模型能较好地模拟脑缺血再灌注的病理发展过程。且不须开颅,方法简单。本文还对神经行为缺陷的检查及分级标准作了探讨。

Abstract:A model of regional cerebral ischmia-reperfusion was established in rat by reversibly inserting a nylon thread 0. 2mm in diameter into the anterior cerebral artery through the internal carotid artery. It was confirmed by TTC histochemistry, India ink solution perfused through the left ventricle of heart, BBB permeability examination and neurological status grading that this model was very well simulated the pathological process of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion. The model also did not to be craniectomized so the intercranial environment was not disturbed by surgery itself. The examination and grading of neurobehavioral deficits were discussed.
