三疣梭子蟹精子的发生及超微结构研究

ON SPERMATOGENESIS AND SPERM ULTRASTRUCTURE OF BLUE CRAB PORTUNUS TRITUBERCULATUS (CRUSTACEA, DECAPODA)

The spermatogonesis and sperm ultrastructure of blue crab Portunus trituberculatus was studied with transmission electron microscope (TEM). The spermatogonium has an oval shape, in which there are dispersed chromatin, mitochondria and rough endoplasmic reticulum. The primary spermatocyte is smaller than spermatogonium. The secondary spermato- cyte is of polygonal shape, the chromatin becomes denser. In the early spermatid, many small dense particulates which produced from rough endoplasmic reticulum vesicles, aggregate to form a large proacrosomal vesicle. The acrosomal vesicle further develop into apical cap, acro- somal tubule etc. The mature sperm has a spherical body, which consists of acrosome, membrane complex, nuclear cup and radial arms The nuclear cup surround the acrosome and between them there is a membrane complex which consists of endoplasmic reticulum and nuclear membrane. On the surface of nuclear cup there are some radial arms proceeded out.
