| 摘 要： | 在褐马鸡的幽门区显示出了大量嗜银细胞和亲银细胞。免疫组织化学染色表明,褐马鸡的幽门区内存在有大量G细胞和D细胞,少量EC细胞和极少量PP细胞,其中EC细胞是迄今为止首次在鸟类幽门区得到证实的一个内分泌细胞类型。规察到G细胞、D细胞和EC细胞伸出长的胞质突起与邻近细胞相接触。GRP细胞、Mo细胞、A细胞和B细胞均未在幽门区检出。

| Abstract: | The pyloric region of the brown eared pheasant (Crossoptilon mantchicum) measured about 4 mm in width. In the pyloric region, abundant argyrophil cells were shown by Grimelius and Hellerstrom-Hellman silver impregnation methods, and a few argentaffin cells by Masson-Fon-tana ammonia silver method. Immunohistochemically, numerous gastrm and somatostatin cells, a few serotonin cells and sparse pancreatic polypeptide (PP) cells were demonstrated. In addition, it was observed that gastrin, somatostatin and serotonin cells extended long cytoplasmk processes which connected with other cells nearby. No immunoreactive cells for gastrin-releas-ing peptide (GRP), motilin, glucagon or insulin were detected in the pylorio region. |
