中华鳖幼鳖的生长模式及身体各部分生化组成

摘    要:在实验条件下,模拟了中华鳖幼鳖背甲宽随年龄变化的生长曲线,观测了幼鳖身体总干重及内脏,脂肪块,骨骼和其它(肌肉和皮脍)各部分干重与背甲宽的相关关系,并测定了上述身体各部分的生化组成,结果发现幼鳖生长曲线呈S型,用逻辑斯缔生长方程可进行很好的拟合,该方程为:Cw=9.7563/(1+5.8008exp(-0.2301t)(r=0.89,n=420,P〈0.001),幼鳖身体总干重及内脏,脂肪块,骨骼

Abstract:We studied the growth pattern in relation to age in juvenile Soft-shelled turtle Trionyx sinensis. We also examined the correlation between total body dry weightl dry weights of internal organs, fatty block, bones and the other body parts (mainly muscle and skin), and c4rapace width, respectively. Biochemical compositions of different body parts were also investigated. Growth curve of the Soft-shelled turtle was S shaped and was fitted well by the logistic growth model: Cw= 9. 7563/1 +5. 8008 exp(-0. 2301 t)](r= 0. 89, n= 420, P<0.001). There were clear interrelationships between total body dry weight; dry weights of internal organs, fatty block, bones and the other body parts, and carapace width, respectively. The protein, fat, total nitrogen, ash content and calorie value were 3. 30%, 93. 96%, 0. 53%, 0. 32% and 36. 64 J/mg for fatty block; 45. 03%, 1. 50%, 7. 20%, 52. 78% and 8. 92 J/mg for bones: 55. 26%,18. 41%, 9. 08%, 5. 04% and 23. 26 J/mg for internal organs and 83. 06%, 1. 74%,13. 36%, 6. 89 % and 19. 06 J/mg for the other body parts, respectively.
