哺乳动物促性腺激素对文昌鱼卵母细胞成熟的影响

摘    要:在繁殖季节,将哺乳动物促性腺激素注射到性腺正在成熟文昌鱼体内,注射36小时后,检查促性腺激素的生理效应,结果表明这两种激素均有效地诱发卵母细胞成熟和产卵。从而认为雌性文昌鱼的生殖活动,像脊椎动物一样,可能受促性腺激素的调控。

Abstract:Mammalian gonadotropins (follicle-stimulating hormone, FSH and human chorionic gonadotropin,HCG) were injected into abdominal cavity of female amphioxus during breeding season. The physiological effect of gonadotropin was examined by post injection of 36 hr. The results indicated that four doses of FSH(5,10,20,and 40 ng)had different physiological effects. Three of them might induce maturation in 71-86. 9% of oocyte and 37.5% spawning of amphioxus, and there were no significant differences between the 5 ng of FSH and the control groups. Two dosages of (5 and 10 i. u)HCG group might induce maturation in 57. 5%and 86. 2%oocyte, respectively,and induce 25%spawning of amphioxus in 10 i. u. HCG-injected group especially. These results first time demonstrated that the reproductive activity of female amphioxus might be regulated by reproductive hormones like the vertebrates does.
