黄腹角雉精子超微结构的研究

摘    要:透射电镜研究表明,黄腹角雉精子的结构与家鸡的相似,圆锥形的顶体位于精核前部,与精核的前端有少许重叠。顶体刺位于顶体下腔里,其部分区域的电子密度较低。核前窝内容纳着顶体部的基部,远端的植入窝则为中心粒复合体和无条纹连接体所占据,后者构成了精子短的颈部。

Abstract:The ultrastructure of the spermatozoon of Cabot's tragopan is similar to that of the chicken. The conical acrosome is located in front of the nucleus, its caudal part a little bit overlaps the anterior part of the nucleus. The acrosomal spine lies in the subacrosomal space, and it appears to be not homogeneous in electron density. The nuclear pocket accommodates the base of the acromosal spine, the implantation fossa is occupied by the centriolar complex and non striated connecting piece, which makes up the spermatozoon neck. In cross section of the mid piece of the tail, there are a few mitochondria circling around the axonemal complex. The axonemal complex is a typical (9+2) structure. There is no annulus between the mid piece and principal piece, the mitochondrial sheath of the mid piece joins the amorphous sheath of the principal piece by a inlay pattern. At the end piece of the tail, the typical axonemal sequence gradually becomes disorderly and unsystematic. Some abnormal spermatozoa are also examined in some sections.
