| Abstract: | A 67-year-old man with the coexistence of CLL and PV converted after 4 years to AML is described. This rare simultaneous occurrence of both chronic lymphoid and myeloid proliferations as well as nonlymphoblastic leukaemia developing in a patient with CLL is discussed in the light of literature data. |
