| 摘 要： | 桑蚕一代杂交种杂交率检验存在抽样方案和检验方法两方面的缺陷，无法准确、及时地检验一批蚕种的品种真实性和纯度．本文提出了使用DAN检验方法进行品种纯度检验，研究设计了适合的序贯抽样检验方案．该方案保证了目前行业标准检验方法的可靠性和精确度．使用该方案，在蚕种纯度很高的情况下，只需检验很小的样本就能通过，非常适合个体检验准确而成本相对较高的DNA检测方法．

| Abstract: | There are two blemishes in sampling plan and method of inspection for F1 hybridspecies of silkworm, Bombyx mori. The reliability and pure degree of silkworm spaces can't beexamined accurately and on time. The authors suggested to using DNA examination for species-pure degree of silkworm, and designed the method of continuous sample inspection. The numberof inspection will decrease to small when there are higher species-pure degree. So this method isin keeping with the DNA examination, that the individual examination is very accurate but thecost is relatively higher. |
