| Abstract: | Based on the complete symmetrical group of DNA sequence (Wang, 2001), we discuss the symmetrical properties of DNA sequence. First, the relationship between the transforms of bases and all the symmetrical operations of a regular tetrahedron has been given. Secondly, we summarize the rules judging whether a codon is one coding hydrophobic or hydrophilic amino acid. Finally, the symmetry of poly-codon sequences has been studied. |
