摘    要:在DNA全对称群基础上,首先给出了正四面体所有对称操作与碱基变换群元素之间的一一对应关系;然后,归纳出了判断水或亲水密码子的对称原则;最后,讨论了多义密码子序列的对称性。

Abstract:Based on the complete symmetrical group of DNA sequence (Wang, 2001), we discuss the symmetrical properties of DNA sequence. First, the relationship between the transforms of bases and all the symmetrical operations of a regular tetrahedron has been given. Secondly, we summarize the rules judging whether a codon is one coding hydrophobic or hydrophilic amino acid. Finally, the symmetry of poly-codon sequences has been studied.
