花生叶片衰老过程中氮素代谢指标变化

摘    要:以鲁花11和辐8707两个花生(Arachis hypogea L.)品种为材料,对大田条件下花生叶片衰老过程中N素代谢指标变化进行了研究,结果表明,花生叶叶片展开至衰老过程中,蛋白酶活性逐渐升高,叶中N含量逐渐降低;硝酸还原酶(NR)活性、叶绿素、游离氨基酸和可溶性蛋白质含量呈抛物线型变化,最先开始降低的是NR活性,其次是叶绿素含量,最后是游离氨基酸和可溶性蛋白质含量。

Abstract:Changes in nitrogen metabolism indices in peanut leaves during leaf senescence were studied in two high-yielding peanut cultivars (cv. Luhua 11 and Fu 8707) from 1996 to 1998 in the campus and an experimental farm of Shandong Agricultural University, Taian, China. The main results were as follows: During the process of leaf growth and senescence, changes in many nitrogen metabolism indices such as nitrate reductase (NR) activity, chlorophyll, soluble protein(Pr) and free amino acid content in leaves, may be simulated with a parabolic function. Total N content decreased gradually, but the activity of proteinase increased linearly. The first parameter of nitrogen metabolism to show a decline was NR activity, the second was chlorophyll content while soluble protein and free amino acid declined last.
