| 摘 要： | 研究了用肉碱乙酰基转移酶、５．５’－二硫－２－硝基苯甲酸（ＤＮＴＢ）测定微生物中Ｌ－肉碱含量的方法，结果表明该法具有精确，重理性好等特点，适用于测定微生物中Ｌ－肉碱的含量。
