| 摘 要： | 以产环已酰亚胺菌株链霉菌(Streptomyces yunnanensis)YIM41004T为研究对象,对其发酵培养基和发酵条件进行了优化研究,得到的最佳培养基组成为葡萄糖6%,大豆粉1%,硫酸铵0.5%,蛋白胨0.2%,碳酸钙0.6%,硫酸镁0.05%,磷酸二氢钾O.02%;优化后的培养条件为以4%接种量接种至500mL三角瓶中,装液量为75 mL,初始pH值6.5,发酵温度为28℃,摇床培养96 h.优化后环己酰亚胺产量平均达到445.19 ug/mL,比初始的环己酰亚胺产量提高了422%(p＜0.01). |

| Abstract: | Fermentation conditions of liquid culture for the cycloheximide producing strain YIM41004~T from Streptomyces yunnanensis were studied. The results indicated that the optimum medium and optimized conditions were as follows: glucose 6%, soybean cake 1%, (NH_4)_2SO_4 0.5%, protose peptone 0.2%, CaCO_3 0.6%, MgSO4 0.05%, KH_2PO_4 0.02%; inoculation volume 4% for 75 mL fermentation medium in 500 mL flask, initial pH6.5, cultivate temperature 28 and cultivation period 96 h.. The cycloheximide productivity of fermentation fluid reached 445.19 g/mL, increased by 422% if compared with that of the original(p<0.01). |
