摘    要:利用Plackett-Burman设计和响应面分析方法对L-天冬氨酸-β-脱羧酶产生菌德阿昆哈假单孢菌XG-2-81的发酵条件进行优化.得出影响产L-天冬氨酸-β-脱羧酶的3个重要的因素为:玉米浆,多肽朊和装液量.通过对实验结果的方差分析,得到其最适条件分别为:玉米浆浓度0.64%,多肽朊浓度1.21%,装液量14.7...

Abstract:The Plackett-Burman design and response surface analysis methods were used to optimize the fermentation conditions of L-aspartic acid-β-decarboxylase producing by Pseudomonas dacunhae XG-2-81. The corn steep liquor, prion peptides and medium volume were found to be the important factors. Based on the experimental results of analysis of variance, the optimum conditions were as follows: 0.64% corn steep liquor, 1.21% prion peptides, 14.71% liquid vol- ume. The activity of L-aspartic acid-β-deearboxylase could reach 1107 μg / mL h by using the optimal fermentation conditions, which was increased by 10.83 % compared with that by the original conditions.
