摘    要:谷氨酸棒杆菌可发酵葡萄糖产L-鸟氨酸。通过连续筛选与驯化筛选到了产量较高的生产菌株CG1006。以GC/MS对发酵液成分的定性分析及鸟氨酸的产量为依据,优化了培养条件,产量从最初的14.346g/L提高到40.416g/L。初步考察了酵母菌CG1006-1对发酵液成分及产量的影响。结果表明混合菌种发酵可纯化发酵液成分。

Abstract:L-ornithine can be produced from glucose by Corynebacterium Glutamicum. A high yield strain CG1006 was obtained by many times of selection and cultivation.On the bases of the qualitative analysis of fermentation broth by GC-MS and the quantitative analysis by HPLC,the culture medium was optimized.And the yield was improved from(14.346)g/L to 40.416 g/L.The effects of yeast 1006-1 on the L-ornithine yield and the fermentation component were(investigated.) A new idea of coupling technology between fermentation and purification was put forward.
