摘    要:利用游离整体细胞催化技术在工业规模上进行L-天冬氨酸的生产,发现游离整体细胞催化技术不仅缩短了工艺流程,减少了设备投资,而且反应效率(生产效率)、生产能力、生产成本等方面均优于传统的固定化细胞法。

Abstract:Production of L aspartic acid using free whole cell method on industrial scale was studied.The application of free whole cell method for L aspartic acid production not only shorten the technological scheme,but also reduced the investment of equipment.Results showed that the efficiency of reaction,the capability of production and the cost of production were more superior to the traditional method of immobilized cell.It was clear that the free whole cell method was the better method for producing L aspartic acid.
