| 摘 要： | 许多食(药)用菌都具有良好的抗衰老功效．食(药)用菌是通过抗氧化伤、调节免疫功能、调节内分泌系统和补充必需微量元素等途径发挥其抗衰老作用的．对近年来国内外关于各种食(药)用菌的抗衰老作用及其机制的研究以及食(药)用菌的应用前景进行了综述．

| Abstract: | The antiaging of bioactive components of medicinal fungi is effective.Increasing resistance to ox- idative damage,immunomodulatory functions,accommodating endocrine system and supplying trace element are deemed to parts of mechanism of antiaging effect of the medicinal fungi.The method of study on the antiaging effect of medicinal fungi,the mechanism and future of antiaging effect of medicinal fungi are reviewed. |
