摘    要:HumGene是一个采用广义隐Markov模型(GHMM)的人类基因预测软件.利用人类基因的结构特点,采用概率模型为基因结构中各个特定区域建立了独立的子模型,能够获得全局统一的评价指数,使得系统整体框架具有一定的扩展性.采用一种新的简化算法,有效地降低了计算的复杂度.介绍了软件的构成,对软件进行了测试,给出了与其它类似软件的结果比较.

Abstract:HumGene is a human gene finding program based on generalized hidden Markov model (GHMM). Usually, GHMM algorithm can't be used in human gene finding software directly because of its huge computation. A new method is proved to reducing the computational complexity of the algorithm according to the characteristic of human gene's structure, as well as to make the expansibility of the whole system to be possible. The child model employs entire probabilistic model so as to get evaluation in the same measure, and it ensures the expansibility of model. The test with a standard test sets is executed, and the comparisons between this program's result and other similar programs' are given. It shows that the accuracy of the program is almost as high as the popular software for human gene finding.
