摘    要:72 DAA是黄皮种子发育过程中的特征时期 .此时期种子的贮藏特性与在此时期前后采收时相比较均有明显差异 ,且其不可冻结水的比例最低 .旺盛的生理代谢和过高的不可冻结水含量维持细胞或生物大分子结构使黄皮种子的生活力依赖于高含量水分 ,可能是黄皮种子脱水敏感性的主要原因 .用 DSC法可以检测黄皮种子在贮藏和脱水过程中种子活力的变化趋势

Abstract:Wampee seeds developed to72 days after anthesis(DAA) have special storage qualities different from that of those seeds collected before or after this developmental stage and contain the minimal ratio of non- freezable water in axis.The desiccation- sensitivitof wampee seeds could mainly be at tributed to the dependence of their viability on the high water content and the superhigh ratio of non- freezable water which are necessary for wampee seeds to maintain vigorous physiological metabolism and integrated structures of cells or biological macro- moleculars.DSC can be used to measure the changing tendency of the viability of wampee seeds in storage or dehydration.
