利用浮游生物控制工厂化养鳖水质的机理研究

摘    要:通过利用浮游生物控制工厂化养鳖池水质养殖与工厂化常规养殖的对照试验及浮游生物、水化学指标、池水细 (霉 )菌含量等各项指标的对照观测 ,发现以隐藻为主体的浮游生物可以控制鳖池水质 ,减少鳖病发生 ,有利于鳖的生长 .鳖的生长速度和产量分别比对照高 52 %和 2 9.3% .减少了水量、能源的消耗 ,显著地降低了生产成本 .同时对隐藻在鳖池整个生态系统中的作用和机理进行了探讨

Abstract:In the factory culture of Trionyx sinensis,we compare the culture method of using the plankton to control the water quality with the conventional culture method,and we ob- tain the data aboutthe varieties of qualic lives,the amountof change,and the indices of water chemistry.The results show that the plankton in which Cryptomonas constitute the majority can control the water quatity in th culture pool of Trionyx sinensis,can reduce the incidence of a disease,and is beneficial to the growth of Trionyx sinensis.On this condition,the rate of growth and the production of Trionyx sinensis in the experimental group are respectixely high of 5 2 % and 2 9.3% than those in the control group.This method reduces the consump- tion of energy and water resources,economizes the production cost.In this paper,the function of Cryptomonas and its mechanism in the biosphere of the factory culture of Trionyx sinensis are discussed.
