Proteomics Techniques and its Application in the Research of Lung Disease

Proteomics is a new field to research protein expression profiling and the protein-protein interaction.It must depend on high flux and high roboticized techniques.It briefly introduces the proteome separation technique(2DE,chromatography),the proteome analysis technique(MS,the amino acid composition analysis,protein chip,Edman degradation),proteins interaction technique(yeast two-hybrid system,SPR)and bioinformatics and the application of proteomics technique in the lung disease research from three aspects:searching differential expression proteins;searching labelled molecules related with disease for diagnosis;researching the pathogenesis of disease.
