| 摘 要： | 为了确定TRIM45基因的功能和作用机理,将其转入Hela细胞,分析细胞内蛋白质表达水平的变化.研究采用双向凝胶电泳的方法分别对转入pCMV-Tag2B空载体和重组质粒pCMV-Tag2B-TRIM45的Hela细胞全蛋白进行分离,利用PDQUEST7.2软件分析,鉴定得到15个差异点,包括8个上调点和7个下调点.为进一步研究TRIM45基因的功能奠定了良好的基础.

| Abstract: | In search of mechanisms and function of TRIM45 gene,it was introduced into Hela cells.Differential display proteomics techniques was employed to study protein changes of Hela cells transfected with pCMV-Tag2B-TRIM45 compared with cells transfected with pCMV-Tag2B.Image analysis was carried out using PDQuest 7.2 image analysis software.15 proteins were identified,of which 8 were up-regulated while 7 were down-regulated.These in vitro studies may be helpful in studying mechanisms that may lead to the function of TRIM45. |
