| 摘 要： | 全长 cDNA 的获得是基因克隆的重要内容,也是基因组研究中的一个重要方面．cDNA 末端快速扩增技术(RACE)是获得全长 cDNA 的主要辅助手段之一,从 RACE 的原理出发,指出该技术本身存在的优缺点,阐述 RACE 操作中不容忽视的技术要点,对前人对 RACE 的改进加以总结．
