| 摘 要： | 构建了鹦鹉热衣原体主要外膜蛋白的原核表达载体，并对其进行了诱导表达，经过纯化，复性，获得了重组蛋白。用Westen-blotting和胶体金方法检测，此蛋白具有衣原体的免疫原性。经兔免疫接种实验，获得了多抗血清，用ELISA方法检测，其抗体滴度为1：2000。

| Abstract: | An expressing vector of major outer-membrane protein of Chlamydia psittaci was constructed.The recombinant plasmid in expression strain was induced by IPTG,then the recombinant protein was obtained.The immunogenecity was confirmed by westen-blotting and colloidal gold methods.After purification and reactivity assay,the protein was injected to rabbit.The serum of polyclonal antibody was obtained.By detection of ELISA,the titre of the antibody was 1:2000. |
