| 摘 要： | 钙在机体有着非常重要的生理功能,许多疾病的发生与机体钙平衡紊乱导致的生理功能异常有关。现就钙与某些常见的慢性病,包括心血管疾病（高血压和动脉粥样硬化）,肿瘤、骨质疏松和骨质增生等的关系以及钙的最适摄入量和高钙膳食的副作用进行综述。

| Abstract: | Calcium plays a role in physiological functions in our body. Many diseases are associated with physiological dysfunction caused by abnormal calcium homeostasis. In this review,we discussed the relationships between calcium and some common chronic diseases including cardiovascular diseases. Here we put emphasis on hypertension and atherosclerosis, tumor,osteoporosis and osseous hyperostosis. The most appropriate daily calcium intake and adverse effects of high calcium diets are also mentioned in this article. |
