中枢肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统在慢性心衰时对交感神经活动的影响

摘    要:交感神经活动增强是加重慢性心力衰竭的一个重要因素.神经解剖学证实脊髓交感节前神经元直接接受来自下丘脑室旁核和延髓头端腹外侧区神经元纤维的投射,心衰时这两个区域体液因子的改变明显影响外周交感神经放电,因此许多从事心衰研究的学者将目光转向了中枢神经系统.目前,该领域的研究尚处于起步阶段,相关研究的报道较少,但中枢肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统促进交感神经活动进而加重心衰的观点被多数人所支持.本文就这些方面做一综述.

Abstract:Sympatho-excitation is an important factor to aggravate chronic congestive heart failure. It has been demonstrated by neuroanatomy that presympathetic neurons receive projections from the paraventricular nucleus of the hypothalamus and the rostral ventrolateral medulla. Augmented sympathetic drive is induced by the excitation of the two nucleus in heart failure. Therefore, many scholars divert their attentions to central nervous system in order to find the factors influencing sympathetic activity. The research is just emerging and the reports in this field are limited, but previous results support the point that brain renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system contributes to sympatho-excitation in heart failure.
