| 摘 要： | 建立系统规范高效的中国特色国家公园体制是中国生态文明制度建设的一项重大战略举措, 对强化自然保护地建设管理、保护生物多样性、推动美丽中国建设具有重要而深远的意义。本文对国家公园体制试点以来取得的成效进行了梳理, 全面系统总结分析了2018年以来国家公园体制试点取得的明显进展, 结合相关要求, 提出了推动我国国家公园体制建设的策略建议, 以期为今后我国国家公园体制研究和发展提供一些参考和借鉴。

| Abstract: | Establishing a systematic, standardized and efficient national park system with Chinese characteristics is an important strategic measure for the system construction of China’s ecological civilization. It is of great significance and far-reaching influences to strengthen the construction and management of nature reserves, protect biodiversity and build a beautiful China. On the basis of combing the achievements of national park system pilot work, especially obvious progress since 2018, this paper puts forward some strategies and suggestions to accelerate its development. It can provide some references for future research and development of national park system. |
