摘    要:本文探讨了武汉东湖水体中总溶解磷(TSP)、溶解反应磷(SRP)、总反应磷(TRP)、溶解水解磷(SHP)和颗粒磷(PP)对普通小球藻生长的生物有效利用性。进行了普通小球藻生长量与各磷形态及总磷(TP)被利用浓度的一元相关分析,进一步讨论了这些一元相关方程的不足,并用多元回归分析建立了普通小球藻生长量(N)与所测几种磷形态被利用浓度(CTSP,CSRP,CTRP,CSHP,CPP)的相关模型。这些模型可以用于评价湖泊水体富营养化的程度及预测藻的生长潜力。

Abstract:Phosphorus in water of lake Donghu, Wuhan was fractionated into five sorts of P fractions: total soluble phosphorus(TSP), soluble reaction phosphorus(SRP), total reaction phosphorus(TRP), soluble hydrolysable phosphorus(SHP) and particular phosphorus(PP). Effects of these P fractions on the growth of Chlorella vulgaris were investigated. The regression equations between each P fractions as well as total phosphorus(TP) and the growth of Chlorella vuigaris were obtained and compared with each other. The models of growth of Chlorella vulgaris(N) depending on P fractions were established by multiple regressing, and three models can be helpful for predicting the potential growth of the algal and assessing the eutrophication of the lake.
