| 摘 要： | 比较分析了以Southern杂交技术、PCR及以重复序列为基础的3类分子标记技术。并对各种分子标记的优缺点及其在昆虫学上的应用进行了比较分析，分析探讨了分子生物学在昆虫学中的应用前景。

The advantages, disadvantages and application of each method in entomology were listed. And the application prospects of molecular marker methods in entomology were also discussed. |
