摘    要:东亚飞蝗膝下器的具橛感器主要由三类细胞组成.即:感觉细胞、感橛细胞和冠细胞。感觉细胞为具橛感器的主要结构和功能细胞,其超微结构已在其他的文章中描述。感橛细胞是具橛感器的主要支持细胞,从近端到远端依次与神经胶质细胞、感觉细胞的远端树突部分和感觉纤毛部以及顶端细胞外结构——冠、冠细胞直接接触.感橛细胞内最明显的结构为感概,另外,感橛细胞质被高度“空化”。冠细胞紧密包围着感橛细胞和冠,冠细胞中含有大量的纵行微管.并将整个具橛感器连接到体壁上。

Abstract:The scolopidium in subgenual organ of Locusta migratoria manilensis (Mey.) consistes mainly of three types of cells: sensory cell, scolopale cell and cap cell. Sensory cell is the main functional and structural part of the scolopidium and its ultrastructure has been described in other papers. Scolopale cell is the main supporting cell in scolopidium and it contacts directly with glial cell, the distal part of denderite and the sensory cilium of sensory cell and the apical extracellular structure cap and cap cell proximally to distally. The characteristic structure of scolopale cell is scolopale. In addition, the cytopasm of scolopale cell is highly vacuolated. Cap cell surrounds scolopale cell and cap closely. There are a great number of microtubules in cap cell and the whole scolopidium is connected to the integument by cap cell.
