| 摘 要： | 对植物海南大风子的营养成分进行了分析,结果表明,海南大风子中含有多种营养成分,丰富的矿质元素和维生素及β-胡萝卜素.海南大风子中至少含有17种氨基酸.旨在为开发利用海南大风子的植物资源提供科学依据.

| Abstract: | The analysis of Hydnocarpus hainanensis nutrients showed that it contained mineral elements, fiber, proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins including β - carotene and at least 17 kinds of amino acid. It provided the basic data for the utilization of the wild plant. |
