摘    要:通过稀释划线的方法,从土壤中分离到一株能降解刚果红的菌株(T1),从菌落和孢子形态来判断该菌为放线菌的链霉菌属。T1菌在含刚果红(100 mg.L-1)高氏液体培养基中培养6 d后,脱色率高达90%。对培养液进行200~800 nm波长扫描的结果表明,培养基中部分刚果红被T1菌降解,其余部分被菌体吸附。活菌体对染料的吸附效率比死菌体高。T1菌对刚果红的脱色主要是通过生物降解和菌体吸附作用来完成。

Abstract:One strain was isolated from soil, which are able to degrade Cogon Red. The strain was identified as Streptomyces sp. through its colony and spore morphology and named as T1. A decolorization efficiency of approximately 90% was achieved by cultivation for 6 days, when T1 growed in the Gause′s synthetic medium containing Cogon Red (100mg·L~(-1)). The adsorption of the dye by cells was observed during decolorization. Additionally, the visual observation and ultraviolet- visible (UV-VIS) spectral analysis demonstrated that decolorization involved biodegradation. The adsorption efficiency of Cogon Red by the living cells was higher than that by the dead cells. The decolorization of the dye by the strain was involved biodegradation and adsorption.
