| 摘 要： | 以宜昌百合当年成熟的鳞片为外植体,接种于21种不同激素配比的MS培养基上诱导小鳞茎,找出最适培养基。实验结果表明:在小鳞茎诱导过程中,最佳诱导培养基为:MS+6-BA1.5mg·L-1+2,4-D1mg·L-1。生根培养基以MS+IBA0.5mg·L-1为好。

| Abstract: | The mature scales of Yichang lily (Lilium leucanthum) were used as explants and inoculated on 21 kinds of MS media with different hormone combinations for inducing bulbils. The result showed that MS medium supplemented with 1.5mg·L~ -1 6-BA and 1mg·L~ -1 2,4-D1 had the best effect on the inducement. And the preferable medium for rooting was MS medium supplemented with 0.5mg·L~ -1 IBA. |
