松嫩平原盐碱化土壤蓝藻的分离鉴定

摘    要:以松嫩平原不同程度的典型盐碱化草地为研究对象,于2005年对土壤蓝藻的生态分布进行了为期一年的调查,测定分析了不同土壤类型蓝藻数量,研究了土壤蓝藻生态分布。结果表明,固氮蓝藻有7个属,其中以丝状种类占优势;土壤蓝藻数量和分布受多方面因素的综合影响,不同土壤类型土壤蓝藻的数量不同,轻度盐碱土差异不明显,中度盐碱土和重度盐碱土中土壤蓝藻数量有较大差异;土壤蓝藻的数量与土壤养分尤其是土壤有机质有明显的正相关关系;过度放牧是土壤次生盐渍化的重要原因,导致了轻度盐碱土蓝藻数量大于中度盐碱土大于重度盐碱土。

Abstract:Typical saline-alkaline soil in Songnen Plain was selected as research models.The physiological group distribution of soil cyanophyte was studied in 2005.The quantity of cyanophyte was analyzed to study cyanophyte ecological distribution of saline-alkaline soil in Songnen Plain.The result showed that nitrogen-fixing cyanophyte had seven genera,most of them were filamentous cyanophytes.Quantity and distribution of soil cyanophyte were affected by many factors.Quantity in every kind of type soil was different.Light saline soil difference was not obvious,but it is obvious in middling saline soil and heavy saline soil.The quantity of cyanophyte was positively correlated to the soil organic matter.Excessive grazing was the main reason caused soil secondary salinization in Songnen Plain.So that the quantity of cyanophyte in light saline soil was higher than in middling saline soil and heavy saline soil.
