云南丽江人参、西洋参的氨基酸营养

摘    要:本试验对云南丽江人参、西洋参的氨基酸含量进行了分析,并与吉林人参及西洋参的氨基酸含量进行比较。结果表明,两地人参、西洋参的总氨基酸含量稍有差异,但碱性、中性、酸性氨基酸在总氨基酸中所占百分比的高低基本一致。


Nutrition of the Amino Aicids in Yunnan Lijiang Panax ginseng and Panax quinquefolium

Abstract:The contents of the amino acids in Lijiang P.ginseng and P.quinquefolium have been determined and compared with those in Jilin's.The result shows that although the contents of the total amino acid between Lijiang P.ginseng and P.quinquefolium and Jilin's have relative difference,the percentage of the base,natural,and acid amino acids in total amino acids are basically the same.
