| Abstract: | Eighty strains were isolated from roots,stems and leaves of Artemisia annua using solidified plates,including 37 fungi,40 bacteria and 3 actinomycetes.The endophytic fungi belonged to 5 genera through morphological observation and staining,which were Capsule,Cephalosporium,Curvularia,Aspergillus and Mucor.The bacterial endophytes had 7 genera,including Pantoea,Agrobacterium,Pesudomonas,Bacillus,Pasteurella,Staphylococcus and Flavobacterium.The endophytic actinomycetes belonged to 2 genera,Nocardia and Strep... |
