摘    要:采用邻苯二甲醛/9-氯甲酸芴甲酯(OPA/FMOC)柱前衍生反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC),对江苏南通海区栽培的12个条斑紫菜(Porphyra yezoensis)样品游离氨基酸组成进行分析.结果显示:供试样品游离氨基酸总量在19.82~38.91 mg·g-1之间,共检出16种游离氨基酸,其中Ala、Arg、...

Abstract:In order to elucidate the free amino acid components of Porphyra yezoensis,the extracts were prepared from 12 specimens cultivated in Nantong coastal areas.Free amino acids were derived with O-phthalaldehyde(OPA) and 9-fluorenylmethyl chloroforma(FMOC) in precolumn and separated by RP-HPLC.The results showed that 16 kinds of free amino acid were detected and the total free amino acids varied from 19.82 mg to 38.91 mg per gram.The contents of Ala,Arg,Glu and Asp were predominant in all test samples,accountin...
