| Abstract: | The tissue culture of Rhododendron hybridun is described in this paper. The stirpes and leaves were cultured on Read, Anderson and N culture media in the sun light of 1500lx, for 12h a day,at 23±0.5℃, and adventitious buds developed. The result showed that N culture medium was the best one. |
