正交设计优选橙皮苷提取工艺研究

摘    要:采用碱-醇提酸沉法提取陈皮中橙皮苷,首先针对提取温度、提取时间、pH值、碱液料液比、醇液料液比、提取次数等因素对提取率的影响进行单因素实验考察,并进一步利用正交实验对橙皮苷的提取工艺进行优化。得到最优浸提条件为:陈皮粉与食用乙醇料液比为1:10、与0.5%NaOH溶液料液比1:10,浸提温度70℃,浸提时间4 h,提取率最高。

Abstract:Extraction technology of hesperidin from orange peel was studied by using ethanol-alkali extraction and acid precipitation method.Extraction temperature,pH,the rate of NaOH to materials,the rate of CH3CH2OH to matorial were studied on the base of these single factors for optimization.The rusults showed that ethanol-alkali extraction and acid precipitation gave the best effect when the rate of NaOH to material was 10:1,the rate of CH3CH2OH to material was 10:1,extracted at 70℃ for 4 hours.
