摘    要:利用响应面法对超声提取苦瓜皂苷的工艺条件进行了优化。在对超声时间、超声温度、超声功率、料液比等单因子实验的基础上,根据中心组合设计原理采用四因子三水平的响应面分析法,通过对各因子显著性和交互作用的分析,得出了超声提取苦瓜皂苷的最佳工艺条件为:超声时间41 min,超声温度62℃,超声功率402 w,料液比1:23,此时苦瓜皂苷的实际得率为3.03%。

Abstract:To optimize the extraction technique for total saponins from bitter melon by supersonic wave,the single factor tests and response surface method(RSM) were used.On the basis of the previous results and according to the central composite experimental design principles,the response surface method with 4 factors and 3 levels was adopted.The results showed that the optimum conditions were that supersonic wave time of 41 min,supersonic power of 402 W,extracting temperature of 62℃ and the ratio of bitter melon to solvent of 1:23. Under such conditions the extraction rate of total saponins could be up to 3.03% at one-time extraction.
