| 摘 要： | 用苯肼与丙烯醛和乙酰氨基丙二酸二乙酯的加成产物进行缩合反应 ,生成苯腙化合物 ,然后在酸性条件下环化 ,再在碱性条件下脱羧 ,最后对其水解就可得到DL -色氨酸 ,总收率为 4 3.9%。

| Abstract: | DL-tryptophan was synthesized by condensation reaction of phenylhyarazine and addition of acrolein and ethyl acetamidomalonate. The obtained Phenylhydrazone cycled under acidic condition, subsequently decarboxylated in alkali followed by hydrolysis to get final DL-tryptophan with the yield of 43.9 %. |
