啤酒废酵母制备碱不溶性葡聚糖

摘    要:以啤酒废酵母为原料,采用碱提法确定了碱不溶性葡聚糖的制备条件,使用1.0 mol.L-1的NaOH溶液,以固液比为1:5进行提取,45℃处理6 h。此条件下碱不溶性葡聚糖得率可达10.94%,其多糖质量分数可达91.57%。红外光谱分析显示产品为β-(1-3)键的葡聚糖,其中不含甘露聚糖。

Abstract:The alkali-insoluble glucan was isolated in ways of alkali extraction from discarded brewers yeast.The result showed that the best way of alkali extraction was 1.0mol/LNaOH,extracting 6 hours at 45℃.The ratio of discarded brewers yeast and extraction solvent was 1:5.At this condition alkali-insoluble glucan yield was 10.94% and the content of glucan was 91.91%.Infrared spectra analysis showed that the product was β-(1-3) glucan.There was no-mannose in the product.
