摘    要:通过从啤酒废水生产的酵母中提取核糖核酸的实验,对稀碱法和浓盐法从操作步骤、产品产率等几方面进行比较,从而得出浓盐法优于稀碱法的结论。

Abstract:Extracting ribonucleic acid from discarded brewers yeast was studied and alkali method was compared with salt meathod.The result showed that salt method was better than alkali one.
